04/10PropTech app

Nyumbani

Nyumbani is a rent-collection and tax app built for a Kenyan landlord and his family. It replaces scattered M-Pesa messages, notebooks and loose receipts with one mobile-first record: every payment produces a dispute-proof, gap-numbered receipt, arrears are tracked automatically, and the app prepares the monthly KRA residential rental-income filing (7.5% of rent received) before the 20th-of-the-month deadline. Beyond rent, it handles security deposits and move-out settlements, tenant statements, maintenance jobs, document storage and a reminder log. Built as an offline-first PWA on Supabase, it keeps working with no signal and syncs across the family's phones once they're back online, with each landlord's data fully isolated behind a private login.

Built with
React, Vite, Supabase, PostgreSQL, PWA

06/10Fashion boutique

Clasp

Clasp is a stock and sales system built for Lumière, a women’s fashion boutique in Eldoret, Kenya. The shop sells imported handbags, jewellery and lingerie with no barcodes, so items are identified by photo: the salesperson taps a picture, picks the colour or size, and takes payment in cash, M-Pesa or both. Every sale is tied to the number on the handwritten receipt, and skipped numbers are flagged. At closing, the owner checks receipts, M-Pesa and cash against the day’s sales and counts the handbags before the app shows her what it expected. Costs, prices, cancelled sales and the day’s close are hers alone, enforced in the database, not just hidden in the interface.

Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Supabase, PostgreSQL, Vercel

08/10Restaurant

Lumière

Lumière is a concept site for a French-Mediterranean restaurant, built to show how we handle hospitality brands. The design chases golden-hour light: an editorial layout with a warm navy-and-cream palette, a full menu, a bar list, and a reservations flow, all wrapped in a brand world we developed from a single logo. It shows what a restaurant site can be when it's built to make people hungry and get them booking, not just list an address.

09/10CAR DEALERSHIP SYSTEM

NINEBARK.

Ninebark is a concept site for an American used-car dealership, built to show how we handle retail where the customer arrives suspicious. The design refuses the category: warm paper and ink instead of showroom blue, an editorial serif against a working sans, and a single signal orange reserved for things you can actually press. Every listing carries a live market comparison, a deal rating and a real monthly payment, wrapped around faceted search, an instant trade-in valuation, and financing that never touches your credit score. It shows what a dealership site can be when the price is the pitch, not something you have to call for.

10/10Personal care services.

JF Hair Studio

JF Hair Studio is a concept site for a Portland hair salon that specializes in Asian hair, built to show how we handle beauty and personal-care brands. The design feels like a calm, bright studio: an editorial layout in warm cream, sand, and espresso tones, with elegant serif headlines and bilingual English–Chinese details throughout. It covers the salon's services (cuts, color, treatments, styling), a gallery of the work, the stylist team, reviews, and a booking flow that's always one tap away, all built around the studio's own logo. It shows what a salon site can be when it's built to earn trust and fill the appointment book, not just list opening hours.

About the concepts

Concepts are self-initiated builds. They show how we would handle a sector we have not worked in yet, and they are labelled as concepts everywhere on this site. Everything marked live is a real build you can open.
