How a project runs
Four steps, in this order.

A conversation
You tell us what your business does. We listen: no jargon, no upsell. Usually 30 minutes on WhatsApp, or in person if you are in Nairobi.

A proposal
Within 48 hours: a fixed price, a fixed date and a written list of exactly what you get. One page, no legalese. You sign, you pay 50%, we start.

Week 1
We build
You get a live preview link within a week. Revision rounds are built into the price, and we are on WhatsApp the whole time.

Launch
You go live
Your domain connected, the padlock on, visitor numbers switched on. Thirty days of free edits follow. After that you can keep us on a care plan, or not.

The terms
The same for every client, in plain words.

Half to start, half on launch
50% when you sign, 50% when the site goes live. M-Pesa, bank transfer or card.

The quote is the price
The price, the date and the list of what you get are agreed before we start. No surprise invoices.

Revisions are built in
Two rounds of design revisions on a Business site, three on a Commerce store.

Content by day three
For a store we need product photos and descriptions by day three, or the timeline shifts.
- 05
Thirty days of free edits
Small changes after launch are on us for a month. After that, a care plan if you want one.
- 06
You own everything
The site, the code and the domain are yours. Leave any time and we hand over full access.
